Hi, my name is Artemy Khaustov, I am composer, music producer and sound engineer from St. Petersburg (currently in Tbilisi, Georgia). I graduated from the Rimsky-Korsakov music school with classes in guitar, piano and choral art, studied radio engineering at St. Petersburg Electrotechnical University and have a lot of experience in writing music of different genres (academic, indie, electronic, experimental, pop and more). Throughout my musical career I have created several indie bands (the latest called The Tired Ones), developed a solo career (one of the winners of ‘The Academy of Sound’ competition), participated as a guitarist in the band Keel The Barber, performed as a session musician (Ekaterina Gordeeva’s book presentation, as the bassist for cover-bands, etc.), given solo concerts in St. Petersburg and Tbilisi, sung in choral projects for over 10 years (Art Sonus, Gamajun). I have collaborated with conductor Vera Slasnaya, singers Elene Gvritishvili and Lyubov Sharomova, director Liliya Timirzyanova; have written music for: the Anima film presentation, video mapping of the Gatchina Palace, games Epic Apes and SolPlex, theatrical project ‘Moose and Firefly’, producing sound for Homo Deus YouTube channel, podcast with Anna Vilenskaya and more.
I would be happy to collaborate in the field of original soundtrack for cinema, theatre, games, exhibitions; recording, mixing music, editing podcasts an so on; please feel free to get in touch.
